Fig Infused California Balsamic Vinegar

Our first Balsamic infusion introduced in November 2008 to a wild roaring audience. We take ripe California fresh figs and infuse them into the best California Balsamic you can experience. A huge hit for cooking just about anything Mediterranean as well as the perfect vinegar to use for your reductions (link here). I reduce an entire bottle and pour it into a squeeze bottle, storing in the fridge—everything from French fries to elegant French pastry is very very happy! Even the Italians would be amazed by this Global Gardens concoction. Ciao baby...gotta' go cook with this one! Our 200ml comes in lovely Italian triangular glass.
