Zowie. Another local crisp and generously proportioned extra virgin olive oil. This one is sure to be a favorite. More on the intense side but pleasantly fruity at the same time. 50% Italian varietal Pendolino, 50% Spanish varietal Arbequina. Both olive varietals grown in separate family groves and blended by yours truly. One was too mild, the other too intense but together...they're just right. I think even Goldilocks would approve, especially in our favorite decorative Italian bottle. First Cold Pressing. |
